What this site is

Surrogacy Guru is a personal blog written by Erez Baron, a father of twin girls born through surrogacy in the United States. It exists to share what one person learned along the way.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is not

Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice. I am not a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial adviser, and nothing on this site creates a professional relationship of any kind.

Surrogacy law differs by country and by US state, and it changes. Medical practice changes too. What was accurate when an article was written may not be accurate when you read it. Before making any decision, consult a qualified professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

I am not an agency and I do not represent one. Content is not sponsored.

Accuracy

I try to keep articles current and to mark those that have been updated. Even so, information is provided as it is, with no warranty that it is complete, accurate, or fit for your situation. You use it at your own risk.

Some pages link to agencies, clinics, funds and other organisations. Those links are for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. I have no control over what happens on someone else's site and no responsibility for it.
